Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee all facets of project delivery, including project scope, budget, timeline, and client relationships, while comprehensively assessing project risks and financial metrics.

• Act as a “seller/doer,” fostering relationships with specific clients and spearheading the development of marketing strategies for targeted market segments.

• Guide and mentor fellow project managers, establishing vision and strategy while promoting professional development within the team.

• Create proposals, project plans, authorizations for additional work, and documents for project closure.

• Monitor and manage multiple projects, ensuring adherence to quality control and compliance with company standards.

• Play a crucial role in interpreting client contracts and managing relationships, ensuring that all client requirements are satisfied.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 15 years of progressive engineering experience is required, including at least 8 years in project management.

• A Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.

• Extensive knowledge of engineering fundamentals and specialized areas is essential.

• Advanced skills in engineering, computational, and modeling software (such as Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.) as well as Microsoft Office are necessary.

• Familiarity with MS Project, Primavera P6, and Deltek Vision is preferred.

• A thorough understanding of QA/QC processes, business practices, and engineering regulations is vital.

• Demonstrated capability to lead teams, manage client interactions, and oversee project accounting functions is required.

• Experience in preparing proposals and project documentation, as well as interpreting client contracts, is essential.

• Active participation in professional engineering societies/organizations is preferred.

• Ability to travel as required.
