Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with management, engineering, and operations teams to define product vision and strategy.

• Lead cross-functional teams in delivering impactful solutions that align with client objectives.

• Create and sustain product roadmaps and briefs to promote a shared purpose and success metrics.

• Work closely with clients to identify major challenges and prioritize outcomes effectively.

• Oversee product delivery to ensure quality and compliance with client expectations.

• Act as the main technical point of contact for stakeholders.

• Utilize extensive knowledge of agile methodologies to guide iterative, outcome-focused development.

• Mentor and coach product team members, encouraging their professional development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree along with 5+ years of relevant experience, or alternatively, a total of 13+ years of relevant experience may replace formal education.

• Demonstrated success in project management, focusing on process maintenance and enforcement.

• Background in technically-oriented fields.

• At least 1 year of experience leading cross-functional teams.

• Must be a US Citizen or legal resident eligible to work within the country.

• Must be able to obtain low-level security clearance.
