Senior Project Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of 2–3 project development managers tasked with managing both greenfield and established wind, solar, and battery energy storage projects in Poland, progressing to Ready-To-Build (RTB) status.

• Direct development-related activities, including securing land rights, obtaining permits, and facilitating interconnection.

• Coordinate and manage external local relationships, including local developers, engineering firms, legal advisors, consultants, partners, regulatory and governmental institutions, transmission and distribution operators, funding agencies, and contractors.

• Manage internal communication and collaboration within the company and headquarters, which includes Engineering, Financing, and Procurement teams.

• Deliver updates and status reports to management regarding project progress.

• Oversee project schedules and budgets effectively.

• Track and report on any pertinent regulatory changes and updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.

• A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in the renewable energy sector within Poland.

• Proven track record of successfully leading teams and managing work assignments in line with project timelines.

• Willingness to travel within Poland and occasionally to Israel.

• Proficiency in English (technical, speaking, reading, and writing) is essential.

• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail are necessary.

• An MBA or M.Sc. is considered an advantage.

• Experience with international companies is a plus.

• Proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.

• High motivation, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently are required.
