• Provide Project Controls Services encompassing capital planning and project governance.

• Engage in the execution of portfolios and project delivery.

• Assist in the creation of clients' capital plans by offering cash flow and accrual data.

• Streamline the funding process and compile information into funding request documents.

• Collaborate closely with clients to establish project systems.

• Foster effective governance by supplying essential information, including reports.

• Support the efficient operation of construction technology.

• Evaluate and analyze schedule development and progress.

• Identify and create risk mitigation strategies.

• Ensure successful project closure, including the completion of financial tasks.

• Offer insights for process enhancements.
