• Delivers comprehensive analysis and integrated reporting for the program or portfolio by collaborating with business and project management stakeholders.
• Oversees project timelines, task completions, and presentations for executive stakeholders.
• Performs analysis and generates financial reports or dashboards for the program and/or portfolio.
• Evaluates portfolio data and identifies trends to inform future practices, reporting, or process enhancements.
• Coordinates and monitors information across multiple projects to develop the integrated project schedule, track milestones, and dependencies.
• Assists in managing program/portfolio risks, issues, and decision-making processes.
• May supervise others in a People Manager role.
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Project Management Certification is preferred, or relevant experience in Project Management methodologies.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing projects or overseeing financials for large projects or programs is required.
• Strong understanding of project/program financials.
• Experience across various lines of business is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues swiftly.
• Previous people management experience (either direct or indirect) is beneficial.
