
Senior Programmatic Operations – Trading Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take ownership of campaign setup, execution, optimization, and delivery across various DSPs such as Adform, Freewheel, Amazon DSP, StackAdapt, and more.
• Oversee pacing, budgets, and performance for US campaigns, covering BVOD, CTV, Display, DOOH, Audio, and Video.
• Optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators including VCR, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and reach/frequency metrics.
• Lead supply strategy efforts, including PMP curation, SPO, and collaboration with SSPs within the US ecosystem.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in trafficking, tagging, quality assurance, and brand safety standards (IAS, MOAT, DV).
• Address delivery issues, discrepancies between SSP/DSP, and technical challenges in campaign execution.
• Supervise campaign trafficking, tag implementation, and quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams on pixel implementation, tracking setup, and attribution configuration (GTM, GA4, CAPI as applicable).
• Verify accuracy in campaign setup, naming conventions, reporting structures, and billing alignment.
• Maintain operational consistency across DSPs and US-based inventory partners.
• Analyze campaign performance using data from DSPs, GA4, and log-level data environments.
• Identify opportunities for optimization across audiences, inventory, bidding strategies, and creative assets.
• Provide clear, actionable insights to Account Managers to facilitate client communication.
• Assist in testing frameworks that encompass audience strategies, creative variations, and optimization of channel mix.
• Contribute to the rollout and enhancement of COOL Media’s AI-driven campaign solutions.
• Support automation efforts, workflow efficiencies, and operational best practices.
• Collaborate with product and tech teams on initiatives related to attribution, incrementality, and data integration.
• Stay informed about trends in US programmatic advertising, platforms, SSPs, and data partnerships.
• Work closely with Account Managers to ensure smooth campaign delivery and alignment with performance goals.
• Engage with trading, ad operations, analytics, and product teams.
• Mentor junior traders and assist in the upskilling of the team.
• Aid in the onboarding of new US clients from both operational and technical standpoints.
• Proven experience in managing US CTV/BVOD campaigns (e.g., Hulu, Peacock, Roku, Samsung TV Plus) is essential or highly beneficial.
• Must be willing to work during US Eastern Time hours (8am–6pm EST).
• A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in programmatic media buying and ad operations.
• Strong background in working with multiple DSPs (Adform, Xandr, DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Freewheel, etc.).
• Comprehensive understanding of BVOD, CTV, Display, DOOH, Audio, and OLV environments.
• Experience with GTM, GA4, pixel implementation, and tracking frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of optimization levers, bidding strategies, and supply path optimization (SPO).
• Familiarity with log-level data and advanced reporting environments.
• Knowledge of DCO, dynamic creative, and attribution methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to troubleshoot technical and delivery-related issues.
