Senior Program Strategy and Operations Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Transform scientific, clinical, regulatory, and operational inputs into clear insights and decisions for executive leadership.

• Take full ownership of program execution from start to finish - eliminating obstacles, coordinating cross-functional dependencies, and ensuring CRO partnerships and dashboards remain on schedule.

• Act as a strategic advisor to the Asset Entrepreneur: foresee critical turning points, model scenarios, and assist in deciding when to accelerate, pivot, or pause initiatives.

• Bring a high level of rigor to all forums - including Board updates and investor and business development discussions - with polished presentations, succinct summaries, and analyses focused on decision-making.

• Collaborate with functional specialists across clinical, translational, regulatory, and CMC to seamlessly integrate science and execution.

• Utilize AI and digital tools to simplify complexity, enhance workflows, and improve decision-making processes.

• Contribute to Enveda's institutional knowledge by documenting benchmarks, best practices, and insights that will expedite and enhance future programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in biotech or pharmaceutical program management, asset strategy, management consulting, or operations.

• Proficient with AI and digital tools - viewing them as enhancers of judgment rather than mere novelties.

• Strong ability to synthesize information: capable of transforming complexity from various fields into clear, data-driven strategic alternatives.

• Proactive and excellent in communication - you ensure that gaps are addressed promptly, and you can create a compelling presentation just as effectively as you can guide a decision-making discussion.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, fluidly transitioning between high-level vision and tactical execution.

• Emotionally intelligent, humble, and collaborative - you lead through influence rather than control.
