This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Act as the program leader for auditor training, qualification, and competency management.
• Provide high-level operational, technical, and quality oversight within the Forestry program.
• Supervise the design, execution, and ongoing enhancement of auditor training, monitoring, evaluation, and witness audit programs.
• Create training materials, communicate evolving standards and requirements, assess auditor performance, and offer expert guidance.
• Direct complex operational workflows and contribute to strategic program development and compliance with accreditation standards.
• An Associate's Degree in Forestry, Natural Resources, Environmental Management, or a related field (e.g., economics, mathematics, statistics) or a Bachelor's Degree in the same areas along with 4+ years of experience in the Forestry sector, specifically in management or research related to forestry management, is required.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Proficiency in English with work experience that encompasses professional verbal and written communication.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization abilities.
• Skilled in business software, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and database management.
• Strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and a collaborative mindset.
• Demonstrates initiative, sound judgment, and the capability to work independently under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• ISO training (e.g., 9001, 14001, 19011).
