Senior Program Scheduler

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee scheduling for extensive construction programs.

• Accountable for schedule consulting at the program level.

• Implement best practices and analyze reporting trends.

• Generate and assess project schedules utilizing Primavera P6 and Tableau.

• Review and comprehend the schedule logic related to engineering, procurement, and construction.

• Collaborate closely with project managers and construction firms to uphold schedule integrity.

• Engage regularly with contractors and sub-contractors.

• Prepare and revise monthly progress reports.

• Monitor and convey any potential project challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience.

• AACE certification in planning/scheduling is preferred.

• Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.

• Proficient in transforming data into Tableau reports and visuals.

• Strong communication skills.
