Senior Program Regional Lead – EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Align regional target plans with the overarching global strategy.

• Identify and address execution gaps across various regions.

• Ensure visibility and governance of all skilling initiatives.

• Monitor and report on success metrics, including certifications and adoption rates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in program management, partner ecosystem, or skilling.

• Strong capabilities in stakeholder management and analytical skills.

• At least 3 years of experience in people management (preferred).

• Familiarity with tools such as Power BI and Jira (preferred).
