Senior Program Manager, Revenue Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and enhance comprehensive “Land” processes to decrease sales cycle duration, boost win and conversion rates, and elevate average selling price.

• Foster improved collaboration among sales and support teams by streamlining workflows, integrating tools, and eliminating manual hand-offs.

• Advise and execute best practices throughout discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing stages to expedite new customer acquisition.

• Collect insights from field, inside sales, channel, and renewals leadership to ensure that automation initiatives meet real-world operational requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA is preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience in Product Management, sales process design, or business process optimization within SaaS or technology sectors.

• Practical experience in utilizing AI/automation to enhance sales workflows and decision-making processes.

• Extensive knowledge of sales processes, pipeline management, and pre-sales enablement.

• Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects across sales, marketing, and technical teams.
