Senior Program Manager – Provider Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the management of a strategic portfolio encompassing several interconnected programs and projects aimed at achieving an enterprise pillar.

• Collaborate with business leaders across all levels to conceptualize, define, and launch programs.

• Provide direction and support to program and project managers to track costs, timelines, and technical performance of individual projects and operations.

• Assess the portfolio's impact and value generation in relation to strategic objectives.

• Spearhead the development and delivery of business and supporting capabilities essential for achieving the goals of various programs and projects.

• Manage risks and resolve issues that require attention from senior management.

• Communicate information and suggest criteria for governance actions and decisions.

• Enhance and refine portfolio and program processes.

• Serve as an advisor and offer leadership to the program management team.

• Prepare budgets, financial projections, and anticipated ROI for the program.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• At least 8 years of experience in project management/program management, leading large and complex projects.

• Minimum 8 years of experience with diverse project management methodologies, standard concepts, practices, procedures, tools, and/or software within a structured PMO environment.

• Demonstrated ability to navigate intricate situations through the organizational landscape and engage with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the enterprise.

• Strong leadership abilities to coordinate and inspire program and project teams.

• Proficient in financial management to oversee budgets across various projects and ensure the program fulfills its requirements for ROI, timing, and budgetary constraints.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills along with strong analytical capabilities.
