This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Oversee large-scale programs, including the introduction and industrialization of new products, as well as transfers.
• Convert business requirements into actionable project and program plans.
• Ensure the program team is aligned with customer needs by setting milestones, goals, and objectives based on input from all functional areas and stakeholders involved in the enterprise project.
• Foster alignment and accountability across cross-functional teams.
• Provide direction and motivation to project teams to successfully meet project goals and corporate initiatives.
• Actively manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
• Act as the liaison with customers, vendors, stakeholders, and project sponsors.
• Develop innovative solutions to address critical customer and user requirements.
• Track program performance through KPIs, reporting, and risk management.
• Assist with product launches and operational readiness activities.
• Identify and execute process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Act as the principal point of contact for sponsors, customers, and key stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Over 8 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional enterprise programs.
• PMP certification preferred; other comparable Project Management Certified Training programs are welcome.
• Must possess the ability to navigate a diverse landscape concerning country cultures, company divisions, and internal hierarchies.
• Experience in supporting product launches or large-scale growth initiatives is essential.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required.
• Ability to adeptly navigate across multiple systems, including MS 365 suite, Project Management Systems, ERP, PLMs, etc.
• Business fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
