This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

• Act as the main delivery leader for enterprise clients.

• Oversee delivery across all workstreams, including internal teams and external partners.

• Take ownership of the project plan from start to finish: scope, schedule, budget, and risk register.

• Make decisions on technical sequencing considering platform limitations.

• Assist customers in navigating AI workflow transformation and manage organizational dynamics effectively.

• Actively employ AI tools in delivery operations.

• Formally manage scope and monitor change requests.

• Organize work across Agile sprint cycles and Waterfall delivery milestones.

• Ensure external partners are held accountable across organizational lines.

• Coordinate compliance, security, and access management within regulated environments.

• Keep executive stakeholders well-informed with accurate updates.

• Over 5 years of experience managing technical delivery in intricate, multi-stakeholder settings.

• Strong proficiency with AI tools in the delivery workflow.

• Experience working directly in Airtable or a similar platform.

• PMP or an equivalent PMO certification.

• Ability to navigate seamlessly between Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Proven history of coordinating delivery across organizational boundaries.

• Strong communication skills with both executive and technical stakeholders.
