This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversees prompt daily interactions with clients by addressing their requests or proactively reaching out, ensuring the outstanding execution and delivery of ConnectiveRx solutions.
• Creates impactful client communications that encompass marketing and sales representations along with updates on account status.
• Prepares Requests for Proposals and Statements of Work with the assistance of the Business Development executive.
• Collects information from a variety of internal resources, ensuring it is completed and reviewed by the relevant approvers or decision-makers.
• Provides insights for the annual renewal process.
• Coordinates program establishment with various internal teams and clients.
• Monitors and reports on program performance.
• Develops and shares updates on account activities/status, reporting, and invoicing.
• This role necessitates knowledge of and extensive information gathering from various internal ConnectiveRx resources.
• Generates and analyzes reports on financials or performance to meet both client and internal requirements at an enterprise level within ConnectiveRx.
• Evaluates the output, interprets its significance, and can summarize and suggest actionable steps for either the client or ConnectiveRx based on the analysis.
• Aids in the execution of the account management strategy and offers suggestions for sales planning, revenue growth, and enhancements in processes or services based on the nature of the client relationship, competitive landscape, and analytical data outcomes.
• Performs other assigned duties.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in account management with responsibilities in client relationship management or related sales experience in the life sciences or healthcare service provider sector.
• Strong understanding of and capability to complete Requests for Proposals (RFP).
• Solid knowledge of contracting processes and ability to manage Statements of Work (SOW), Purchase Orders (POs), Insertion Orders (IOs), etc.
• Comprehensive knowledge of target marketing, ideally within the healthcare sector focusing on affordability products, services, and client brand strategy.
• Familiarity with the Med Legal Review (MLR) process.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate to expert proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and self-driven.
• Capable of effectively prioritizing tasks across different time zones and regions while managing time to ensure critical issues are addressed.
