This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Overseeing knowledge management initiatives, which encompass the development of training materials, documentation, and the governance of knowledge bases throughout HIS International.
• Executing organized onboarding, localization, and compliance procedures that adhere to QMS and ISO standards.
• Assisting in partner onboarding, facilitation, and coordination to guarantee preparedness and alignment with programme expectations.
• Identifying enhancements by monitoring training completion rates, gathering feedback, and analyzing performance metrics.
• Aiding in partner governance, managing relationships, and fostering continuous improvement throughout regional engagements.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Education, HR, Information Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline, along with 5+ years of experience in project management, training, knowledge management, partner management, or programme coordination.
• Alternatively, a High School Diploma/GED combined with equivalent experience in project management, training, knowledge management, partner management, or programme coordination.
• Proficient in managing structured documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training materials, and knowledge bases (for example, Confluence).
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating partner onboarding, governance, and cross-functional collaboration.
