This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Take charge of the scheduling and tracking systems for the entire LI cohort's year-long journey, which includes summit preparation with institutional teams, monthly coaching sessions, and quarterly Peer Learning Community gatherings.
β’ Ensure the Vice President and the wider team remain on track with deadlines across all overlapping workstreams, both within and between cohort years.
β’ Monitor each institution's strategic priorities throughout the year and raise any stalled progress or risks as needed.
β’ Collaborate with the VP to identify and create enhancements to LI's operational systems and templates, including the discovery process, communication schedules, and reporting formats.
β’ Act as the main point of contact for institutional teams regarding scheduling, onboarding, pre-work, and follow-up throughout the year.
β’ Address routine inquiries and manage logistics directly.
β’ Recognize opportunities presented by campus partners and bring them to the VP's attention.
β’ Oversee meeting schedules and the flow of information among the VP, consulting, partnerships, and impact teams.
β’ Organize and maintain program materials such as discovery reports, session presentations, PLC, and coaching resources.
β’ Exhibit clear and professional communication in all interactions with institutional partners.
β’ Track progress specific to Pillars and reflections from coaching calls across the cohort.
β’ Compile cohort-wide data into actionable formats for leaders, including progress dashboards, insights reports, and summaries.
β’ A seasoned program manager with over 5 years of experience in program or project management, ideally in cross-functional or partner-facing roles within education, consulting, or nonprofit organizations.
β’ An adept multitasker who is comfortable managing a complex, multi-institution portfolio while tracking several workstreams simultaneously.
β’ A proactive individual with a history of independently identifying and suggesting improvements rather than merely executing assigned tasks.
β’ A reliable external liaison who can engage directly with external partners on specific projects, exercising good judgment regarding what to resolve independently and what to escalate.
β’ Data-literate, capable of extracting information from various sources (surveys, interviews, documents) and presenting it in a clear, decision-ready format.
β’ An effective communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, tailored for both internal teams and senior leadership in higher education.

β’ Preferred: Familiarity with project management systems and CRMs (e.g., Asana, HubSpot).
