This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +25 more states.
• You will be responsible for managing multi-million-dollar capital expenditure (CapEx) budgets, engaging in negotiations with external automation and general contractors, and ensuring that aggressive timelines align with our rapid growth trajectory.
• You will spearhead the integration of cutting-edge automation technologies (e.g., AS/RS, robotics, complex conveyor systems) to significantly enhance density and throughput.
• You will oversee intricate layout transformations utilizing advanced CAD/SketchUp modeling combined with predictive data analytics.
• You will establish strong engineering metrics, predictive throughput models, and a centralized Power BI/SQL framework.
• You will manage high-value vendor partnerships, negotiate service-level agreements (SLAs), and promote cross-functional collaboration to mitigate deployment risks.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Over 5 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, fulfillment network planning, or managing large-scale logistics programs.
• A proven history of effectively scoping, budgeting, and executing $5M+ greenfield or automation-intensive brownfield capital projects.
• Advanced expertise in AutoCAD/SketchUp for facility layout design, along with exceptional data extraction and modeling skills (SQL, Power BI, Python, or discrete event simulation tools like FlexSim).
• Demonstrated capability to influence executive stakeholders, lead high-performing project teams, and navigate complex, ambiguous cross-functional settings.
