Partner Success Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Ensure timely execution of Alkami’s most intricate, high-profile partner implementations.

• Act as the program manager for cross-departmental partner initiatives and process enhancements.

• Serve as the primary program manager for critical strategic partners.

• Develop and uphold a documented, stage-gated onboarding program.

• Function as the portfolio program manager for the partner operations backlog.

• Collaborate with leadership to prioritize tasks, enforce work-in-progress limits, identify trade-offs, and shorten average onboarding timeframes.

• Establish and manage a consistent communication rhythm for the Corporate Development team.

• Convert operational activities into executive-level reporting.

• Guarantee that partner and portfolio priorities are visible, aligned, and communicated consistently.

• Conduct structured root-cause analyses when project launches are delayed.

• Develop and sustain reporting and dashboards that quantify throughput, cycle times, impacts, achievements, and risks.

• Collaborate with the wider Corporate Development team to standardize documentation and pinpoint automation opportunities.

• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Over 6 years of experience in process optimization within a dynamic technology or financial services context.

• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with definitive ownership of timelines, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Established capability to manage backlogs, coordinate stakeholders, and enhance throughput across a work portfolio.

• Experience in a hybrid Agile/Scrum work environment.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Robust executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in supporting partner onboarding, implementation, customer success, or lifecycle program management within a SaaS, fintech, or financial services setting.
