This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive program structure, governance framework, and operating rhythm to guarantee alignment, transparency, and execution across HR transformation projects.
• Lead integrated program planning across various workstreams, ensuring that milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions are effectively managed to achieve business results.
• Foster cross-functional alignment by collaborating with HR, HRIS, IT, ServiceNow, and workflow teams to ensure coordinated execution and adoption.
• Integrate change management strategies into program execution to enhance stakeholder engagement, readiness, training efficacy, and long-term adoption.
• Set and monitor success metrics, including adoption rates, operational performance, and business impact, to illustrate program value.
• Facilitate informed decision-making by organizing governance forums, managing escalation processes, and ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility into progress and risks.
• Promote accountability across workstreams by monitoring commitments, ownership, timelines, and following through on critical actions and decisions.
• Produce executive-level communications that distill complex program data into clear insights, risks, and recommendations.
• Identify and address risks, dependencies, and adoption barriers that may affect delivery timelines or business outcomes.
• Enhance program management practices by standardizing tools, refining reporting frameworks, and applying lessons learned to boost efficiency and scalability.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, human resources, operations, program management, organizational transformation, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in leading complex, cross-functional programs within a global technology, SaaS, enterprise, HR, or shared services environment.
• Proven ability to convert strategic priorities into structured program plans, governance frameworks, and execution strategies.
• Strong experience in integrating change management practices, including communications, readiness planning, training coordination, and measuring adoption.
• A demonstrated track record of managing dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and stakeholder communications across various workstreams.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and facilitate decision-making without direct authority.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to executive and cross-functional audiences.
• Familiarity with program management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Teams, or similar platforms.
