This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate and spearhead strategic initiatives for extensive, complex healthcare manufacturing projects.
• Oversee and direct multifunctional project teams and project/program managers.
• Cultivate and strengthen customer relationships.
• Ensure accountability for enterprise-level project budgets, timelines, performance, quality, scope, and expenses.
• Collect, interpret, and convert program requirements and objectives for execution.
• Assemble teams and synchronize program milestones, goals, and objectives with customer and stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with customers from the initial requirements gathering through to product acceptance.
• Review project timelines and propel project tasks to completion.
• Create integrated project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
• Manage resource allocation, time tracking, financial oversight, and cost evaluations.
• Predict project budgets and labor requirements.
• Monitor KPIs, project performance, milestones, discrepancies, and corrective actions.
• Identify alternative solutions and cost-effective opportunities through process and system enhancements.
• Communicate project status, issues, solutions, evaluations, and assessments to stakeholders and leadership.
• Share best practices across Jabil facilities and promote continuous improvement through trend analysis and metrics management.
• Guide teams through challenging decision-making scenarios.
• Design and conduct training for enterprise initiative implementation.
• Lead communication across diverse audiences and collaborate with communications, stakeholders, and management.
• Manage teams across various regions and time zones, with travel as necessary.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 8 years of work-related experience in project management or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of work-related experience in regulated industries.
• Skilled at navigating country cultures, company divisions, and internal hierarchies.
• Proficient in using personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), and email.
• Experienced with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Celoxis, or Smartsheet.
• Capability to lead teams across different regions and time zones.
• Willingness to travel to various regions based on program needs.
• Ability to comprehend interdependencies across multiple sites and functional areas.
• Ability to adhere to company security protocols.
