Senior Program Manager, GTM Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive program management of our consumption pricing transformation, ensuring stakeholder alignment across Sales, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Operations.

• Propel the advancement of our go-to-market systems and architecture, including CPQ, CRM, billing, and ERP integrations to facilitate usage-based pricing models.

• Revamp essential revenue processes such as quoting, forecasting, segmentation, and compensation to align with a consumption-centric business model.

• Collaborate with Data and Revenue Intelligence teams to develop scalable frameworks for usage tracking, forecasting, and performance assessment.

• Institute program governance, executive reporting, and cross-functional operational rhythms to guarantee alignment, minimize risks, and achieve key milestones.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in leading complex, cross-functional programs within high-growth SaaS or AI companies, demonstrating a successful track record in executing enterprise-scale initiatives.

• Hands-on experience with the evolution of pricing models (from seat-based to consumption/usage-based) and a solid understanding of the downstream implications: SKU architecture, credit unit design, contract structure, revenue recognition treatment, go-to-market roles and compensation, and redesign of expansion motions.

• Profound knowledge of go-to-market and financial systems (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ, billing platforms, ERP) and an understanding of data flow throughout the revenue lifecycle.

• Proficient in operating at both strategic and execution levels—defining vision, aligning stakeholders, and driving results in ambiguous settings.

• Exceptional at fostering alignment among senior stakeholders, simplifying complex concepts into actionable plans, and making decisions without direct authority.
