📋 Description

• Accountable for the comprehensive execution of enterprise-level growth initiatives, encompassing new site developments, site expansions, and readiness of facilities.

• Take ownership of programs from the definition of requirements through the launch of the site and the transition to operational status.

• Partner with customers and business units throughout the process of gathering requirements, product acceptance, and site launch.

• Create and oversee integrated program plans in alignment with PMI standards.

• Ensure task execution is completed according to approved timelines and baselines.

• Assemble, lead, and inspire cross-functional teams to successfully deliver multiple and/or enterprise-level programs.

• Conduct financial management and cost analysis, which includes capital expenditure requests, resource allocation, and budget projections.

• Formulate integrated risk assessments with actionable mitigation strategies.

• Provide clear communication through various channels to stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in leading complex, cross-functional, enterprise-level programs.

• Proven track record in delivering facilities-driven or capital-intensive projects (site developments, expansions, infrastructure programs).

• Exceptional ability to convert requirements into actionable plans and drive execution across matrixed teams.

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory.

• Demonstrated proficiency in applying PMI standards and methodologies throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Experience in supporting product launches or large-scale growth initiatives.

• Strong skills in executive communication and stakeholder management.
