This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the U.S. launch of MariTide by developing a Direct-to-Patient (DTP) channel.
• Propel the execution and readiness for launch of a model that integrates digital intake, telehealth-enabled care, and complete fulfillment processes.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive DTP launch strategy and roadmap, which encompasses intake, telehealth, prescribing, fulfillment, billing, and patient support.
• Oversee cross-workstream dependencies, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Conduct launch-readiness evaluations and Go/No-Go decision processes.
• Lead the management of risks, issues, and action items (RAID).
• Facilitate collaboration across Marketing, Value & Access, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Tax, Operations, and Commercial Data & Analytics (CD&A).
• Generate clear status updates and executive reports.
• Coordinate the onboarding, integration, and testing of telehealth, fulfillment, pharmacy, and platform partners.
• Organize and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and comprehensive testing throughout the patient journey.
• Monitor partner readiness and Service Level Agreement (SLA) commitments prior to launch.
• Establish and maintain the program's operating rhythm, which includes steering committees, workstream synchronization, and reporting schedules.
• Collaborate with CD&A to create dashboards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Track performance against the plan and support structured testing and optimization efforts.
• Lead retrospective sessions and document lessons learned.
• Doctorate degree with 2 years of program/project management, commercial, digital health, or operations experience OR Master's degree with 4 years OR Bachelor's degree with 6 years OR Associate’s degree with 10 years OR High school diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in program or project management within digital health, pharma/biotech commercialization, telehealth, or consumer health.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizational structures.
• Proven track record of managing intricate, multi-stakeholder launches under tight timelines.
• Experience in coordinating with both internal and external partners and vendors.
• Ability to operate comfortably in highly regulated settings.
• Technical proficiency to collaborate with product and engineering teams on system and API integrations, data flows, and performance dashboards.
• Familiarity with program/project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project; Agile and waterfall); CSM, PMP, or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting abilities.
• Data-driven approach with the ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize competing demands in a high-visibility launch environment.
