Senior Program Manager, Customer Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for delivery from start to finish

• Develop and uphold clear plans for implementation

• Collaborate with AI Engineering to set up, adjust, and provide high-quality AI agents

• Act as the designated operational point of contact for customer and partner program requests

• Manage regular meetings with customers

• Oversee customer satisfaction following the go-live phase

• Cultivate post-launch relationships that enhance retention and renewal

• Create and improve implementation playbooks

• Recognize operational shortcomings and spearhead process enhancements

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in program management, project coordination, consulting, customer operations, or a related field

• Outstanding organizational skills

• Authentic customer insight

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Proficient user of AI tools such as Claude

• A proactive approach and sense of ownership

• Ability to work comfortably across various teams

• Nice to have: Experience in or with healthcare organizations; familiarity with EHR systems, particularly Epic
