This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Integrate strategic program management with clinical coordination to assist nursing students throughout their practicum experiences.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the university, Site Based Learning team, clinical sites, faculty, and students.
• Ensure effective planning, execution, and assessment of nursing practicums.
• Build, manage, and sustain clinical affiliation relationships and partnerships across various regions.
• Guarantee alignment with academic standards, regulatory requirements, and workforce demands.
• Cultivate collaborative relationships with healthcare organizations, preceptors, and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in program ideation and strategic planning for new nursing tracks or expansions.
• Negotiate and oversee affiliation agreements, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance across states.
• Work alongside legal and accreditation teams to finalize agreements and satisfy board of nursing requirements.
• Maintain continuous communication with site partners, faculty, and students.
• Manage scheduling and placement logistics for licensure track programs in the SoNHS.
• Ensure equitable access to clinical experiences and address site-related conflicts or capacity challenges.
• Monitor site readiness and student satisfaction through feedback mechanisms and evaluation tools.
• Analyze evaluation data to pinpoint trends and areas for enhancement in practicum experiences.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical education, partnership development, or healthcare operations is mandatory.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards (e.g., CCNE, ACEN, CSWE) and state board regulations is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in program development, change management, and stakeholder engagement is required.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills are necessary.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities are required.
• Capability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve complex issues is essential.
• Proficiency in evaluating clinical competencies and supporting student remediation is required.
• Experience with project management tools and practicum tracking systems is necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs is required.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with academic, operations, legal, and clinical teams is essential.
• RN licensure with multi-state eligibility or compact licenses is required.
