Project Manager – Clinical Supplies

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive supply chain for clinical trials.

• Ensure the prompt and effective distribution of trial materials.

• Maintain optimal inventory management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the successful execution of clinical studies.

• Develop project-specific plans tailored to each assigned study.

• Conduct meetings with internal teams to coordinate efforts, offer recommendations and identify risks, and update project reports or spreadsheets.

• Engage in ongoing training regarding new regulations.

• Represent the department internally and externally at meetings, strategic projects, and initiatives as required by the business.

• Mentor and support junior team members.

• Take part in initiatives aimed at process improvement.

• Utilize existing tools while consistently seeking opportunities for enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualifications.

• Prior experience that equips the individual with the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for the role (approximately 5+ years).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Previous experience in clinical trials and clinical supply chain management.

• Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational, problem-solving, urgency, and decision-making abilities.

• Proficient working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.

• Ability to deliver customer service with the highest standards of quality and excellence.
