Clinical Project Manager / Senior Clinical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• You will take the lead on clinical projects independently, ensuring adherence to the study budget and scope of work. Your strong interpersonal and organizational skills will be utilized to establish and meet objectives in project execution, including both contracted and financial goals. There may also be opportunities to manage international trials.

• Act as the primary point of contact with clients to deliver exceptional customer service, which includes engaging in proposal activities and client presentations.

• Collaborate with the Project Team and senior management from both Precision and sponsor organizations, including C-level executives.

• Oversee and manage all facets of clinical research trials.

• Take charge of total project management across all functional areas, including data management, safety, clinical operations, medical monitoring, and biostatistics.

• Create project status updates for clients and management, highlighting key deliverables, performance metrics for success, and any necessary escalations.

• Be an active member of the Project Team, aiming to enhance the efficient management and execution of trials.

• Prepare and review protocols and other study documentation, such as project plans, informed consents, site contracts, and budgets.


⛳️ Requirements

• A degree or similar life science qualification, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• Previous experience in a full-service/global Project Management role within the CRO industry is essential.

• Significant experience in Clinical Operations within a CRO, with at least 4 years of full-service Project Management experience in a clinical trial environment for a Clinical Research Organization.

• Experience in managing studies related to Oncology.

• Working knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development process.

• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays.

• Proficient in effective communication in English, both written and spoken.

• Strong presentation abilities.

• Demonstrated computer proficiency (MS Office, MS Project, PowerPoint) and software experience (CTMS, eTMF, EDC, IXRS).

• Proven capacity to cultivate positive working relationships with individuals and teams, both internally and externally.

• A solid understanding of medical terminology and clinical trial activities as they pertain to the execution of a clinical development plan.
