This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Offer therapeutic and operational expertise throughout the lifecycle of program/project delivery.
• Ensure adequate resource allocation for projects within the Franchise.
• Collaborate with the Therapeutic team to devise effective delivery strategies and solutions for Franchise projects and programs.
• Serve as the primary contact for the Project Management Franchise Lead.
• Present at Proposal Defense and client meetings as necessary to support new or ongoing business initiatives.
• Ensure LCRAs receive training to support the clinical scope of work, including SOP review, QI/CAPA understanding, and Clinical Monitoring Plan.
• Coordinate and collaborate with Worldwide Global Quality Assurance to facilitate training opportunities identified in CAPA information.
• Oversee efforts among Project Management, Site Management, and Study Start Up teams.
• Establish regular communication to include quality metrics (SVR compliance, SDV metrics, on-site metric discussions, etc.) and assess the overall "health" of projects (data query status, adherence to the SOW, resource status).
• Conduct performance appraisals for direct reports.
• Bachelor's degree in biological, physical, health, pharmacy, or a related science field.
• 8 years of clinical research experience as a clinical research associate, or equivalent education/training with 10 years of clinical research experience as a clinical research associate.
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
• Experience with CNS trials is mandatory for this position.
