This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead project teams at UBC to achieve project milestones.
• Act as the main point of contact with the sponsor for all study-related matters.
• Oversee all facets of project execution, from study initiation to close-out.
• Implement operational elements of assigned project activities as well as special projects.
• Aid in the creation and design of protocols, CRFs, regulatory documents, project master files, and other project-related deliverables.
• Track project advancement against established plans and ensure adherence to those plans.
• Organize and facilitate investigator meetings.
• Identify and recruit qualified investigators and assist in budget negotiations as necessary.
• Supervise APMs/PMs and other team members to guarantee project deliverables and timelines are met accurately and punctually.
• Provide updates to the Sponsor regarding project progress.
• Lead internal client teleconferences and/or meetings, presenting project information at client meetings.
• Keep project documentation in a state that is ready for audit.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing global clinical trials in the CRO industry.
• Experience with observational studies.
• Oncology experience is preferred.
• BA Degree or at least 5 years of direct project management experience at a CRO or demonstrated leadership/management experience.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Exceptional presentation skills.
• Capability to independently assess issues and/or mitigate risks using critical judgment to reach resolutions.

• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., Good Clinical Practice, ICH guidelines, etc.).
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
