This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Design and enhance operational processes that empower PADs and partners to achieve customer lifecycle objectives (onboarding, adoption, expansion, renewals) for the VCF platform and its add-ons.
• Convert VCF platform adoption objectives into programmatic workflows, tools, and KPIs that facilitate PAD execution.
• Equip partners with the necessary tools, processes, and guidance for successful VCF deployment, expansion, and continuous usage.
• Monitor and ensure visibility into partner-driven customer outcomes, including VCF adoption, add-on integration, usage, and retention.
• Operationalize partner programs that align with VCF platform adoption and expansion, supporting PAD-led partner strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the incentives/program lead to implement rebates, activity-based incentives, and adoption initiatives.
• Oversee comprehensive incentive operations, including tracking, validation, accruals, and payout execution, ensuring precision and auditability.
• Promote simplification and automation of incentive structures and claims procedures.
• Create and maintain executive dashboards and KPI reporting to provide PADs with transparent insights into partner performance and VCF lifecycle metrics.
• Develop and implement PAD scorecards, ensuring consistent evaluation of partner performance and accountability.
• Utilize AI and automation to enhance PAD efficiency, including forecasting, adoption insights, anomaly detection, and workflow automation.
• Manage and improve partner and operational platforms (partner portals, incentive systems, certification and performance tools) to support PAD execution and lifecycle visibility.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and IT to align on VCF adoption objectives and program execution.
• Oversee third-party vendors involved in channel programs, ensuring performance and compliance.
• Over 12 years of experience in Channel Operations, Partner Operations, or Sales Operations.
• Deep understanding of partner-driven customer lifecycle frameworks (reseller and services).
• Experience in supporting field sales or partner-facing roles (e.g., PADs, account teams) with data, tools, and operational processes.
• Familiarity with partner programs, incentives, rebates, and payout operations.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in building dashboards and KPI frameworks (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience in applying AI, automation, or advanced analytics within an operational setting.
• Excellent project, process, and change management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
