Senior Director, Technical Program Management – Ai/ML

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Spearhead initiatives that achieve essential business objectives while developing extensive data products and platforms.

• Assist in creating the next-generation Generative AI platform and tools, serving as the backbone of the company's AI Information.

• Facilitate the advancement of a growing Technical Program Management (TPM) discipline within the team.

• Build and oversee a high-performing team of technical program managers.

• Lead technology-centric discussions with senior leadership, offering valuable insights and recommendations.

• Simplify technically intricate concepts and promote well-informed decision-making across product, engineering, design, and data science teams.

• Collaborate across various functions, organizations, and reporting lines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 9 years of experience in technical program management.

• Bachelor's degree.

• Over 9 years of experience in designing and developing data-intensive solutions utilizing distributed computing.

• At least 5 years of experience in creating distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing services/architecture, preferably with AWS.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in building high-scale, low-latency data platforms.

• More than 5 years of experience with Agile delivery methodologies.

• Over 5 years of experience managing large and complex programs, owning the business or technical vision, collaborating with extensive cross-functional teams, securing commitments on deliverables, and removing obstacles to achieve business impact.

• Experience in developing systems and solutions within a highly regulated environment.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant technical discipline (Computer Science, Software Engineering).

• Demonstrated AI/ML industry impact through conference presentations, publications, blog posts, open-source contributions, or patents.
