This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Achieving business results is the primary focus of this role. As a Program Manager for Business Solutions, you will be responsible for the outcomes in our health and welfare benefits administration sector, including revenue, retention, cost management, scalability, and client satisfaction.
• You will employ a mix of planning, execution, influence, and hands-on efforts to achieve these outcomes. Artificial Intelligence is integral to this toolkit, rather than being treated as a secondary priority.
• Manage a portfolio of critical programs linked to financial and operational objectives such as revenue generation, cost optimization, client retention, and platform scalability.
• Deliver business results by developing and managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Adjust plans as necessary to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
• Communicate with executive stakeholders regarding the performance of your programs, potential risks, and recommended actions for the business.
• Execute cross-functionally across Product, Technology, Service Delivery, Operations, and Finance.
• Engage in hands-on problem-solving when necessary, creating solutions independently rather than waiting for others, whether that involves deploying an AI agent, designing a new process, or taking on tasks outside your usual responsibilities.
• Drive operational and process enhancements in the delivery of benefits at scale.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in health and welfare benefits administration, including operations, client delivery, or implementation within a benefits administration platform, TPA, or carrier.
• Proven track record of managing business outcomes related to revenue, costs, retention, and performance metrics.
• Experience in leading complex programs that involve multiple projects, stakeholders, and functions.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without having direct authority.
• Experience presenting to executive audiences, confidently engaging with senior leadership.
• Strong financial understanding and a collaborative relationship with Finance.
• Proficient in using AI in your daily work. You actively build or utilize agents, custom skills, and automations to enhance analysis, communication, and execution, and you keep up-to-date with the latest developments.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the industry.
