Senior Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee initiatives that maintain and/or enhance quality supportive housing across the Mid-Atlantic region

• Supervise project teams, manage budgets, and execute policies, programs, and products

• Ensure that all deliverables are met within defined scope, budget, and timelines

• Build and sustain important relationships and partnerships to encourage collaboration

• Advocate for affordable and supportive housing through consulting, training, and technical assistance

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in supportive housing or affordable housing

• Experience in related areas such as behavioral and primary healthcare, homeless systems, or community development is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and experience that showcases the ability to fulfill the responsibilities of the role

• Proven project management experience with strong leadership and organizational capabilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
