Senior Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for the comprehensive execution of strategic go-to-market (GTM) initiatives.

• Lead the planning and execution of launches for new AI and robotics products.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams.

• Develop launch plans, timelines, milestones, and reports for executives.

• Identify dependencies, risks, and obstacles before they affect delivery timelines.

• Enhance GTM processes while reducing unnecessary overhead.

• Work alongside leadership to prioritize initiatives that drive revenue growth.

• Evaluate launch success through metrics such as adoption, pipeline, customer engagement, and revenue.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Program Management, GTM Program Management, Business Operations, or Strategy.

• Proven experience in launching enterprise software, AI, robotics, or technical products.

• Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional initiatives.

• Excellent executive-level communication skills.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments.

• Strong inclination towards action and accountability.

• May be required to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
