Senior Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct multiple enterprise-level projects from initiation to delivery and subsequent optimization.

• Develop and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, project managers, workflow owners, and creators.

• Assume responsibility for organizing workshops to aid in the development of user stories and technical requirements for AI Assistants.

• Leverage extensive knowledge of Quiq products and the customer service industry to provide strategic recommendations.

• Manage dependencies and resources, initiate change orders, and assist in the sales process.

• Coordinate efforts among service team members to ensure unified project execution.

• Identify potential project risks and formulate strategies for mitigation.

• Provide consistent project updates to key senior stakeholders at Quiq and the customer.

• Monitor real-time project performance and create comprehensive status reports and dashboards.

• Apply best practices and lessons learned to improve the efficiency of project delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in program or project management, specifically focusing on enterprise clients within the technology or SaaS sectors.

• Familiarity with AI technologies, especially in implementing conversational AI and automation solutions for large enterprises, with the capability to convey the intricacies of AI to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Profound understanding of Consumer Customer Service best practices and strategies.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline; PMP or a similar certification is highly preferred.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
