• Take ownership and lead intricate, multi-workstream data and AI initiatives for phData’s most significant strategic accounts from the discovery phase through execution and scaling, ensuring alignment with client goals and measurable results.
• Convert business goals into practical data and AI roadmaps with defined milestones, linking architecture, engineering, and delivery efforts to business value.
• Oversee scope, timelines, budgets, and resources (architects, engineers, and other delivery roles) across multiple simultaneous clients while ensuring high utilization and quality of delivery.
• Guarantee strict project and program governance via operating cadences, clear RACI, risk/issue/decision logs, change control, and stakeholder communication strategies.
• Proactively recognize, evaluate, and mitigate risks related to delivery, scope, and resources; formulate recovery plans and drive resolutions to completion.
• Manage project and portfolio financials, encompassing revenue targets, margin management, forecasting, and reporting; identify opportunities to enhance profitability.
• Collaborate with internal sales, account management, and delivery leadership to promote overall customer success and account health, acting as a key intermediary between clients and delivery teams.
• Establish and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with senior client stakeholders, including C-level executives, to facilitate clear decision-making and alignment on program objectives and trade-offs.
• Lead and mentor diverse teams across different geographies and time zones, enhancing delivery quality, efficiency, and professional development; provide coaching to other PMs/TPMs as necessary.
• Over 15 years of Technical Program Management experience executing complex, multi-workstream initiatives, with hands-on responsibility for customer relationships, timelines, scope, budgets, and resources (architects and engineers) in data and AI projects (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, Fivetran, Power BI, Tableau, Sigma).
• Substantial experience in program and portfolio management for data platforms and analytics initiatives, including coordination across multiple workstreams and teams.
• Practical experience managing programs utilizing modern data and analytics technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, Fivetran, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Sigma).
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and a strong understanding of Waterfall, with the capability to select, customize, and combine approaches based on client context and desired outcomes.
• Proven proficiency with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and Microsoft 365 (Excel), alongside strong technical and process documentation skills.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and critical-thinking abilities, with the capacity to interpret complex information, exercise sound judgment, and escalate issues with clarity when required.
