Senior Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate, high-stakes strategic programs and business initiatives from their inception to execution and subsequent evaluation.

• Develop organization-wide operational frameworks, standard operating procedures, and execution workflows to align departmental goals.

• Recognize operational bottlenecks, assess workflow friction points, and introduce scalable process enhancements.

• Monitor and analyze metrics to deliver actionable operational insights and performance updates to key stakeholders.

• Promote alignment and structured feedback loops between customer-facing operations and technical teams.

• Evaluate operational risks in ongoing initiatives and offer actionable strategies for mitigation.

• Centralize project and operational management processes to establish a single source of truth for cross-departmental dependencies and roadmap tracking.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, business operations, or strategic planning.

• Strong capability to connect strategy with tactical execution and transform unstructured challenges into structured processes.

• Proven ability to foster alignment across various teams.

• Proficient in gathering and analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data.

• Expertise in guiding teams through operational transitions, process updates, and structural development.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• In-depth knowledge of contemporary project and program management methodologies and workflow design.

• Comfortable with navigating ambiguity, exercising sound business judgment, and managing multiple high-priority projects within tight deadlines.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
