Senior Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee various data center initiatives across a global manufacturing network.

• Act as the main liaison for important customer relationships.

• Create and maintain program timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to guarantee project success.

• Track performance, communicate updates, and provide clear status reports.

• Spot risks and opportunities while executing effective mitigation strategies.

• Facilitate problem resolution and ensure seamless project execution until completion.

• Implement best practices in contract and claim management to align with business goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent experience will also be taken into account.

• At least 5 years of experience in project management or program management.

• Proven track record of leading teams and promoting a collaborative, high-performance culture.

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Demonstrated capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.

• Familiarity with project management and business tools such as SAP, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
