This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a variety of strategic initiatives, ranging from mid-to-large-scale projects, from their intake and definition to delivery, transition, and operational readiness.
• Ensure timely delivery of strategic programs, staying within budget and aligning with both business and customer goals.
• Handle executive-level escalations related to project, commercial, customer, and operational challenges.
• Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders, customers, and delivery teams to establish objectives and maintain accountability.
• Establish project goals, scope, governance, team roles, and responsibilities.
• Administer execution plans, assignments, milestones, dependencies, and monitor progress against cost, schedule, scope, and quality commitments.
• Lead change control processes and communicate approved modifications.
• Oversee forecasts, budgets, variance analysis, and planning for corrective actions.
• Monitor risks and issues, including mitigation strategies, contingency plans, ownership, and executive visibility.
• Assess resource needs and convey staffing requirements.
• Manage communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate commercial discussions, scope definitions, effort estimations, Statements of Work, and business case development.
• Utilize delivery insights and customer feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and aid growth and account strategy.
• Advocate for project management standards, tools, processes, and governance in delivery.
• Organize production cutovers, go-live activities, and ensure operational readiness.
• Transition completed projects into sustainable support and service operations models.
• Report program status, risks, issues, financials, and mitigation plans to executives.
• Lead steering committees, governance forums, and reviews with customer-facing executives.
• Cultivate relationships with senior clients, including C-level stakeholders.
• Extensive experience in project or program management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead both technical and non-technical resources within cross-functional delivery teams.
• Proven experience in identifying action items, tasks, dependencies, and activities, and tracking them to completion.
• Skilled in defining, implementing, and continuously enhancing standards, processes, and procedures utilizing PMI or CMMI best practices.
• Experience in constructing project budgets based on work breakdown structures, resource plans, and delivery commitments.
• Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Understanding of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS delivery models.
• Familiarity with cloud architecture, networking, identity management, and integration patterns.
• Experience managing architecture, infrastructure, and application delivery teams.
• Experience overseeing cloud providers, system integrators, external integration partners, and third-party vendors.
• Capacity to negotiate priorities and resolve cross-organizational dependencies.
• Experience planning production cutovers, go-live activities, and ensuring operational readiness.
• Experience transitioning projects into sustainable support and service operations models.
• Understanding of SLA management, incident management, and service operations practices.
• Experience presenting program status, risks, issues, financials, and mitigation plans to executive stakeholders.
• Experience leading steering committees, governance forums, and customer-facing executive reviews.
• Proven experience managing senior client relationships, including C-level stakeholders.
• Must reside in the posted location or its immediate vicinity.
