Senior Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Enterprise partners to identify necessary feature sets.

• Analyze business requirements, gathering and interpreting both functional and technical specifications.

• Grasp technical intricacies regarding the functionality of our software and the solutions it provides to clients.

• Offer program management assistance for intricate integration and custom development initiatives.

• Draft functional requirement documents for Product Owners, who will translate these requirements into user stories for SCRUM teams.

• Provide mentorship and training for Program Managers.

• Identify and engage all key stakeholders, contributors, and both business and technical resources essential for projects, ensuring contributors are motivated to fulfill tasks within the project plan parameters.

• Collaborate with Development to articulate partner needs and devise strategies for integrating these needs into the current platform.

• Partner with business owners, financial planners, and software engineers in the design and development of financial planning software.

• Work alongside Software Engineering and Quality Assurance teams to verify that software implementations align with partner business requirements.

• Collaborate with Software Engineering and Quality Assurance to set up and test enterprise-specific software installations.

• Assist QA by providing guidance, support, and drafting test cases in the areas of auditing and testing.

• Act as a Technical Support liaison to Customer Service regarding issue tracking and problem resolution.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the Enterprise partner and the internal team.

• Coordinate with the PMO to manage resources between engineering, QA, and self throughout the project duration.

• Oversee the project life cycle to guarantee thorough, timely, and high-quality results for software project delivery.

• Function as an informal project manager, communicating project status and weekly updates to both internal and external partners.

• Be the designated point of contact and remain on-call during product releases.

• Review contracts related to software functionality and prepare statements of work for custom partner projects.

• Stay updated on technical and professional advancements impacting areas of responsibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required.

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in a mix of program management, business analysis, project management, and/or software application development within the financial services sector.
