Senior Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the team to create project plans and implement them within established timelines and budget constraints.

• Modify plans in response to evolving customer requirements and/or adjustments in analysis methods as new insights emerge.

• Act as the main point of contact for the customer, ensuring prompt communication and responses.

• Facilitate timely and appropriate decision-making.

• Assist in gathering data from customers and partners while ensuring adherence to data onboarding protocols.

• Guarantee compliance with operational procedures and standards regarding data extraction, visualization, and data governance.

• Document and arrange project requirements, success criteria, milestones, and deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences sectors.

• Previous experience in a tech startup is highly desirable.
