
Senior Program Manager, AI Literacy – Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement the AI Literacy roadmap along with success metrics that align with Blackbaud’s enterprise AI objectives.
• Create proficiency frameworks tailored for product teams, customer success, leadership, and technical personnel.
• Build and enhance internal communications, adoption initiatives, role-specific playbooks, and a network of AI Champions.
• Design and facilitate workshops, e-learning sessions, simulations, and office hours that incorporate Responsible AI principles.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Governance teams to put Responsible AI standards into practice.
• Ensure that training and enablement materials are consistent with current governance policies and ethical AI standards.
• Work in partnership with Learning & Development, Product Management, Engineering, and Knowledge Management to synchronize enablement efforts with platform capabilities and business requirements.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Communications on AI Certification for Social Impact, client-facing materials, and external representation.
• Define and monitor metrics for adoption, engagement, and proficiency, while enhancing program effectiveness.
• Support certification pathways and ongoing education initiatives.
• Actively represent Blackbaud’s AI Literacy program at industry events, client engagements, and public forums.
• Keep track of emerging trends in generative AI, legal tech, and AI regulations, translating insights into updates for internal stakeholders.
• A minimum of 8 years of demonstrated experience in Learning and Development, leading enterprise-level learning or enablement programs, preferably in AI, data, or technology sectors.
• Profound understanding of responsible AI principles, governance frameworks, and best practices in change management.
• Outstanding communication skills and executive presence, with comfort in presenting to senior leadership and external audiences.
• Strong collaborative abilities with Legal, Compliance, Engineering, and Learning & Development teams.
• Experience in designing and delivering scalable learning programs utilizing modern instructional design methodologies.
