This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Facilitate the comprehensive execution of international defense programs while ensuring adherence to relevant contract specifications, ITAR, EAR, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and other U.S. export control laws.
β’ Act as the main point of contact among U.S. Government clients, foreign military allies, commercial suppliers, and diverse internal teams to ensure effective program execution.
β’ Create and oversee integrated master schedules, budgets, risk mitigation strategies, and contract deliverables to meet program goals within specified cost, timeline, and quality standards.
β’ Work collaboratively with industry partners, suppliers, and stakeholders to bolster industrial capacity, workforce development, and mission preparedness.
β’ Prepare and deliver high-level briefings, program status updates, and other deliverables for clients.
β’ Assist in workforce planning and staffing efforts necessary to fulfill program obligations.
β’ Track program performance, identify potential risks, and suggest corrective measures to guarantee successful execution.
β’ Maintain robust coordination with engineering, legal, compliance, supply chain, and other internal stakeholders throughout the programβs lifecycle.
β’ Travel occasionally to Washington, D.C., and other client or partner locations as needed.
β’ Execute additional tasks as assigned.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Program Management, or a related discipline.
β’ At least ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in defense acquisition, program management, submarine, shipbuilding, manufacturing, or similar fields.
β’ A minimum of five (5) years of experience in supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs.
β’ Proven knowledge of International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), AUKUS-related defense initiatives, and other relevant export control laws.
β’ Experience in managing complex international defense programs, including schedules, budgets, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and program reporting.
β’ Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication capabilities.
β’ Ability to cultivate and sustain effective working relationships with U.S. Government clients, international partners, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
β’ U.S. Citizenship is required due to government contract stipulations.
β’ Active DoD Secret security clearance or the capacity to obtain and maintain one.
