This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Gather, assess, and interpret program data and information to assist program leadership in decision-making and reporting activities.
• Provide support for procurement processes, which includes aiding in acquisition planning, monitoring procurement actions, reviewing solicitation documents, and collaborating with contracting personnel.
• Assist in program planning efforts, involving the creation and upkeep of program schedules, tracking milestones, and preparing program plans and documentation.
• Perform program cost analysis by monitoring expenditures, evaluating budget variances, and generating cost reports and forecasts for program leadership.
• Coordinate logistics functions in support of program operations, ensuring the timely and accurate transport of resources, equipment, or personnel as dictated by program requirements.
• Prepare, review, and sustain program documentation, reports, briefings, and correspondence for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze program performance metrics, identifying trends, risks, and areas that need attention while providing recommendations for corrective actions.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of program management tools, databases, and tracking systems to guarantee accurate and current program information.
• Help prepare program status reviews, executive briefings, and other meetings involving government clients and internal leadership.
• Collaborate across functional teams, subcontractors, and government stakeholders to enhance information flow and ensure alignment on program priorities.
• Identify and document potential program risks and issues, aiding in the formulation of mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Ensure that all analytical deliverables are completed accurately, punctually, and in accordance with program quality standards.
• A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in gathering, reviewing, and analyzing information in support of programs.
• Proven experience in procurement support, program planning, logistics, and program cost analysis.
• Valid Top Secret Security Clearance.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or an equivalent program management credential.
