This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary Account Leader accountable for the success of client relationships, program delivery, advancement of technical solutions, operational excellence, and overall client satisfaction.
• Provide high-level oversight for intricate enrollment and premium processing technology and business operations initiatives.
• Supervise the financial performance of projects, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, profit and loss analysis, and financial controls.
• Ensure that operations adhere to contract stipulations as well as state and federal regulations.
• Manage administrative operations, including budgeting, human resources, and financial oversight.
• Organize and prioritize tasks to meet operational and performance objectives.
• Analyze management, productivity, and financial reports to confirm that program goals are achieved.
• Engage in audits, research studies, forecasts, and modeling activities.
• Direct operational managers through performance monitoring, mentoring, and providing guidance for professional development.
• Align resource allocations and utilization with staffing requirements.
• Set milestones, schedules, priorities, and resources for strategic initiatives.
• Oversee initiatives in terms of budget, schedule, resources, and organizational alignment.
• Lead the response process for RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs, including management strategies, whitepapers, and concept creation.
• Drive large-scale cross-functional programs from strategy formulation to implementation and operational stabilization.
• Manage program planning, scope definition, budgets, timelines, dependencies, and resource distribution.
• Establish governance frameworks, manage risks and issues, and coordinate escalation processes.
• Ensure alignment among business, operational, technical, PMO, testing, and vendor teams.
• Track program metrics and modify strategies to uphold delivery commitments.
• Spearhead operational transformation, process optimization, automation, and technology modernization initiatives.
• Create operational metrics, reporting frameworks, and plans for continuous improvement.
• Enhance productivity, service quality, operational readiness, workforce efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field is mandatory.
• A professional background of 12–15 years in a corresponding field is essential.
• Experience in leading government services programs within the Health and Human Services (HHS) sector is required.
• Proven track record in managing large, complex programs with responsibilities for operational and technology delivery.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams in a client-facing context.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are necessary.
• Capability to evaluate situations, adapt to evolving business demands, and make informed decisions.
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on operational management and daily program oversight.
• Experience in Agile software development and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) environments is preferred.
• Preferred qualifications include executive presence and influencing skills.
• Skills in client relationship management are preferred.
• Strategic thinking and business acumen are highly valued.
• Expertise in enrollment and premium technology and systems is preferred.
• Technical program leadership experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in risk and issue management is preferred.
• Financial and contract management expertise is preferred.
• A reliable home office with high-speed internet is required, with at least 20 Mbps download/50 Mbps for shared connectivity and a minimum of 5 Mbps upload speeds.
