Senior Program Director, AI Data Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Lead strategic customer initiatives from onboarding through to launch, delivery, scaling, and steady-state operations.

• Take ownership of program plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, reporting, and communication with customers.

• Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, Solutions, Sales, and leadership teams to ensure programs are well-defined and successfully executed.

• Convert customer requirements into actionable workflows, resource allocations, delivery milestones, and operational models.

• Oversee customer governance, which includes regular status updates, business reviews, issue tracking, and management of escalations.

• Proactively identify delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies across internal teams.

• Enhance program documentation, delivery playbooks, reporting templates, and operational processes.

• Support intricate AI data, multilingual, speech/audio, expert review, and managed services programs.

• Ensure that delivery commitments are operationally viable, commercially aligned, and effectively communicated.

• Cultivate robust relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior program manager or program director in AI data, localization, data annotation, transcription, enterprise services, technical services, managed services, or BPO.

• Experience in managing complex, customer-facing delivery programs.

• Strong capability to oversee timelines, risks, dependencies, stakeholders, and escalations.

• Background in collaborating with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, Solutions, or technical teams.

• Excellent communication skills with customers and proficiency in executive-facing presentations.

• Ability to impose structure on ambiguous or rapidly changing programs.

• Strong skills in documentation, reporting, and process enhancement.

• Commercial awareness and comprehension of how delivery execution influences customer growth and retention.
