Senior Program Director, AI Data Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead strategic customer initiatives from onboarding through to launch, delivery, scaling, and ongoing operations.

• Manage program plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, reporting, and communication with customers.

• Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, Solutions, Sales, and leadership to ensure programs are well-defined and delivered successfully.

• Convert customer requirements into actionable workflows, resource plans, delivery milestones, and operational models.

• Oversee customer governance, which includes regular status updates, business reviews, issue tracking, and escalation management.

• Proactively identify delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies across internal teams.

• Enhance program documentation, delivery playbooks, reporting templates, and operational processes.

• Provide support for complex AI data, multilingual, speech/audio, expert review, and managed services programs.

• Ensure that delivery commitments are operationally viable, aligned with commercial objectives, and effectively communicated.

• Foster strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior program manager or program director in AI data, localization, data annotation, transcription, enterprise services, technical services, managed services, or BPO.

• Experience in managing intricate customer-facing delivery programs.

• Strong capability to handle timelines, risks, dependencies, stakeholders, and escalations effectively.

• Proven track record of collaborating with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, Solutions, or technical teams.

• Excellent communication skills with customers and the ability to present effectively to executives.

• Aptitude for structuring ambiguous or rapidly evolving programs.

• Strong skills in documentation, reporting, and process enhancement.

• Commercial insight and an understanding of how delivery execution influences customer growth and retention.

• Preferred experience with AI data services, LLM workflows, model evaluation, speech/audio AI, multilingual AI, expert review, data annotation, or data quality.

• Experience in supporting strategic enterprise or AI clients.

• Familiarity with working across U.S., European, and Latin American time zones.

• Experience in a scaling business unit or high-growth service environment.

• Experience in establishing program governance models or improving delivery operations.
