This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Serve as a Senior Program Specialist, delivering Program Operations support for ICF’s energy efficiency division.
• Assist in the execution of PSE&G’s Income Qualified Home Weatherization program.
• Guarantee the timely and precise processing of all program invoices to the client.
• Ensure every customer project complies with program calculations, policies, and procedures.
• Foster effective communication with internal ICF stakeholders and the client.
• Conduct analysis of monthly program accruals and forecasts to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain or exceed program QPIs/KPIs and report results to the ICF Operations team.
• Collaborate with program subcontractors to offer guidance and pursue continuous improvement.
• Oversee program projects to ensure adherence to QAQC program protocols and processes.
• Implement corrective actions for customer project deficiencies and collaborate with stakeholders to reach resolutions.
• Achieve proficiency in ICF program-based support systems, including SLT, SSRS, and SnuggPro.
• Work closely with program implementation, IT, reporting personnel, and external stakeholders.
• Typically engage in multiple programs and projects throughout the Northeast.
• Report to the East Region Senior Manager.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Data Analysis, Environmental Studies, Energy, or a related field, or one year of relevant experience may substitute for one year of education.
• 5+ years of pertinent experience in energy efficiency, utilities, data analysis, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), with a strong emphasis on Excel skills.
• Familiarity with SharePoint Lists, PowerBI, or Power Automate.
• Advanced Excel capabilities, including Macros, Pivot Tables, Solver, VBA, etc.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Capacity to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with all levels of internal staff, as well as external clients and vendors.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze situations, identify problems, and propose solutions.
• Capability to synthesize information, think critically, and make decisions in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in effectively communicating and providing informed decision-making to executive management.
• Uphold strong business ethics, including the safeguarding of proprietary and confidential information.
• Exhibit sound decision-making and analytical skills.
