Senior Program Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist VHA in assessing and analyzing the effectiveness of healthcare programs across various service categories.

• Perform systematic evaluations of current and future VHA programs to identify areas for enhancement.

• Evaluate success, outcomes, and improvements for surge-supported programs.

• Aid VHA in implementing program operations aligned with established goals and objectives.

• Contribute insights on program evaluation and enhance project and program organization and management.

• Identify program resources and facilitate long-term staffing analysis for functions impacted by new systems and workflows.

• Generate program reports, status updates, and executive-level briefing materials.

• Assist in planning, coordination, risk management, status reporting, and cross-functional integration for surge-related initiatives.

• Facilitate prioritization within the Tiered Hub process based on significance, urgency, and operational impact.

• Support reporting and analytics by identifying deficiencies in reporting practices and suggesting enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) is required.

• At least eight (8) years of relevant professional experience is necessary.

• Demonstrated and extensive experience within a large-scale integrated healthcare system.

• Proven experience in conducting program reviews, program evaluation, and outcome measurement.

• Experience in identifying program resources and creating program reports.

• Proven ability to support program operations in alignment with established goals and objectives.

• Exceptional written and oral communication, presentation, and facilitation skills at the executive level.

• Expert-level proficiency in SharePoint Online, Office 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship.

• Capable of obtaining and maintaining a VA Low/NACI background investigation.
